I’m a huge fan of super food protein bark made with yogurt and have been eating and making many variations over the past year. I find it’s the perfect healthy post-lunch indulgence. Also, it can be so kid-friendly! Add their fave toppings, and know you are getting a good dose of protein in them! Cut them into grab and go pieces for the athletes and active members of your crew,

Super Food Protein Bark

Servings: 14

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your fave unsweetened yogurt. I used @painterlandsisters
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp whole flax
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder. I used @getpaleopro
  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup organic berries of choice
  • 1/3 cup granola I used my homemade keto granola
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips. I used @enjoylifefoods

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 pan with parchment
  • Put yogurt, chia, flax, protein powder, and maple syrup in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Once wholly blended pour the mixture over pan and smooth with a spatula
  • Sprinkle toppings evenly over yogurt
  • Place in freezer for a few hours to harden (after 30 min to an hour you may want to score our 14 sections so it’s easier to break into pieces)
