Soul Sisters Book Club – September 15th
$20.00
Hi Friends,
First, thank you to everyone who joined us for our last Soul Sisters Book Club. It was an evening filled with honesty, vulnerability, and meaningful conversation. Together we explored the incredible role our nervous system plays in our health by learning about the different nervous system states, how our bodies naturally move between them, and practical ways we can support regulation in our everyday lives.
One of my favorite parts of these evenings is watching women realize they’re not alone. The willingness to share our experiences, listen without judgment, and learn from one another is what makes this community so special.
Thanks to your generosity, we also raised $300 for Radical Love. Thank you for helping us support such an important organization while investing in your own health and growth.
I’m excited to announce our next Soul Sisters Book Club selection:
Eat to Beat Disease by Dr. William Li
While our last book focused on one specific aspect of health, this time we’re broadening the conversation. At the end of the day, I think we all share the same goal: to live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.
Dr. Li explores the fascinating science behind how everyday foods can help support our body’s natural defense systems. including our immune system, microbiome, blood vessels, and ability to repair and protect itself. Rather than focusing on restriction or dieting, this book shifts the conversation toward what we can add to nourish our bodies and promote lifelong health.
Whether you’re passionate about nutrition or simply curious about how food can help you feel your best, I think you’ll find this discussion both practical and inspiring.
