This lemon cheesecake smoothie bowl is bright, tangy, creamy, and packed with everything your body actually wants to start the day: protein, fiber, healthy fats, and that little zing of citrus that makes you feel like you’re on a wellness retreat in Santorini (even if you’re just standing in your kitchen in pajamas). As soon as summer hits, I start craving lemon smoothies. Nothing like some liquid sunshine!
It’s a delicious way to refuel tired muscles, balance blood sugar, and sneak in some extra veggies (hello, cauliflower—don’t worry, you can’t taste it). Whether it’s breakfast, a snack, or your reward after a good sweat, this bowl is a win for your taste buds and your hormones.
If you’re a dairy-free girl, simply substitute the Greek yogurt for a coconut version!
Top as you like! I added some low-sugar granola, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth!
- Top as you wish!
